Letter of Intent Process 2009 Annual Conference Presentations/Sessions

Final Date for Submissions: September 15, 2009
Use this form (which will be available in Mid July, on THIS page) to submit your letter of intent to present a session at the 2009 ISSSEEM Conference. This is Step 1 of the proposal process. From the submitted letters of intent, the 2009 Program Committee will choose potential presentations that align with the program format and support the theme, Sacred Synthesis: Science with Heart. A fully detailed proposal will be requested for those sessions that the Committee believes will best meet the needs of our diverse members and attendees. We thank you for your interest and willingness to share information that would serve the ISSSEEM community in any of the following formats:
• Community Session (address to the full conference audience)
• Breakout Session (90 minutes-integral to main conference)
• Oral Scientific Paper (15 min. 5 min Q-A)
• ½ day pre- or post-conference Workshop (separate fee involved for attendees)
• 1 day pre- or post-conference Workshop (separate fee involved for attendees)
• 2 day Post-conference Workshop (separate fee involved for attendees)
• Poster Session or Member's Choice Topic Forum Session (15 minute concurrent sessions)
NEW FOR 2009: Member’s Choice Topic Forum ALL members are invited to participate - Deliver a 15 minute session on a topic of your choice in a forum setting.

Please help us to spread the word to others who may make a contribution to the 2009 ISSSEEM conference by encouraging them to submit a letter of intent by September 15, 2008.
All submitters will be contacted by or before November 1st, 2008 with regard to the status of their submission.
IMPORTANT
• The ISSSEEM Conference is a fully participatory professional conference. All speakers, whether they attend all the conference or not, are expected to be (or become) members of the Society and pay conference registration fees.
• If you propose more than one presentation format (e.g., workshop and general address), submit a separate, complete letter of intent for each.
• Letters of Intent must be RECEIVED no later than September 15, 2008. Proposals received after this date will not be considered.
